Cox Communications is always looking for new ways to engage its employees and to give back to the community. When teams of Cox employees volunteer, they also provide a minimum $1,000 grant to the deserving organization.
Cox Communications encourages employees to volunteer in their communities. One of the ways Cox employees give back is by participating in team Service Projects. Teams and departments in Ohio, Connecticut and Rhode Island can choose what type of cause they'd like to support and are given the flexibility to do so.
In addition, each organization that benefits from a Cox Service Project volunteer activity will also receive, at minimum, a $1,000 grant to continue its important work in the community.
